I have been a Reliance Customer since 2004,.with the DAPO OFFER.
Last month <August ,I paid my bill on the 10th of August. but the coneection was disconnected. On enquiry it was learnt that the local dealer,SHRI SAI ENTERPRISES,did not forward my cheque to the Reliance communications.
This month when I went to pay my bill, the dealer refusses to accpt cheque, and said that if cash was paid, then the receipt would not be given to us.
In such a case , tell me how do i make my payment to the company,?
