    Hi folks,

    This is a great regret for the service given to me.

    I just want to get this to your notice that on 14th of April 2011, I spoke to one Customer Care Executive regarding a new connection of Idea and after confirming they send me a collection guy named Kamal from RSM Finserv Ltd to collect money for my new number.
    He came and collected Rs 250 for activation of my new number after 2 days on 16th April 2011 receipt number 5692. From then I have been struggling for the activation of my new number.

    I have had lots of call to the executives and everytime they tell me that my number will be activated in a day or two but till now nothing has happened.

    tell me why FAKE PROMISES if you cant provide the services. If you have some problem then you shouldnot have given the number. I want this activated ASAP or else tell me your CEO’s number and I am gonna talk to him.

    I want my number to be activated soon or else I will screw you on the court of law. It is being high time and great disappointment of services provided by Idea.If your initial services is so fake then what can I expect about future.
    You wanna play for Rs 250. I can go to any extreme.

    I remind you again to activate my services ASAP.

      I agree with you Salman the service of Idea very poor in the sense of customer satisfaction no matter what it is, is it customer care they never gone to satisfaction customer.

      In my case iam using idea from last 6 years or so my outgoing suddenly closed due to not submitted documents but i have already submitted documents 2 times in IDEA agencies.The agencies are also fake i have talked with customer care 20 times but they never help me out they said go the agencies where you submitted the documents.

      Can anybody tell them why are you there if you can not help out the customers iam getting fade up from Idea if they will not take up some serious action from the top of the management they will crash.

    Hi, Folks I had activate DND service a long time ago (13 April) and still they have not activated my DND service i still receive message from IDEAS they are not at all to in favour of customer satisfaction they only want how to make money !!!! in that case they will not survive long in this current comparative world !!!

    I agree with you Salman, In my case iam using idea from last 8 years the service of Idea very poor in the sense of customer satisfaction & same thing is happning with me….

    I just want to get this to your notice that on 28th of july 2011, I spoke to one Customer Care Executive (from B.W.CREDITS,B-313 OKHLA-1,2ND FLOOR,NEW DELHI)regarding a new connection of Idea and after confirming they send me a collection guy For money of 2 new number.
    He came and collected for activation & commited to me that we will activate ur new numbers next day due to closing. After 2 i call on that person -B.W.CREDITS for activation then a girl was picking my call & tell me that i don’t recive ur docs, From then I have been struggling for the activation of my new numbers.

    I have had lots of call to the executives and everytime they tell me that my number will be activated in a day or two but till now nothing has happened.

    I just warn 2 idea that my numbers to be activated soon or else I will screw you on the court of law. It is being high time and great disappointment of services provided by Idea.If your initial services is so fake then what can I expect about future.

    Hi,I am using Idea postpaid number in mu current month bill they have added 400 Rs. Charges for any wap download. which i had never used. when i called the C care executive told service used by you and charges will not be refunded. when is send the mail on their gerviance is was got bounce and not deliver. Now i came to know how they are collecting money “”"”"”"”"what and idea sir JE”"”"”"”"

    Hello Idea Customer Care Service..

    Only showing new ads in TV like “what an idea sirji” doesnot help if u guys r not doing it for real. I have taken the idea connection for 5years. Problem is always asking for the real docs which i’ve already given but still im to be blamed.

    One more thing, what the hell is this “idea jobs on mobile subscriber, your service has been renewed for 10 days at just rs 10.” When did i subscribed it. everytime i recharge my account it always deduct 10 rs. Im using a prepaid connection. Im a student so please its very difficult for me to recharge it everytime.

    And ur customer care service sucks. Is there any option button for the english language. Very typical hindi is used while i can’t understand it.
