Grievances Redressal Mechanism of Airtel Digital TV
If you have any serious complaint about the Service of Airtel Digital TV, you as a customer, has the option to a responsible level officer to address your grievances, and this officer is designated as the Nodal Officer for Airtel Digital TV operations.
These nodal officers work from 0930 HRS to 1830 HRS from Monday to Friday, and they are expected to resolve your grievance within 10 days of you having lodged the complaint to them. However you are required to follow a procedure to approach them.
You should have lodged your complaint to their telephonic support number we have listed in the start of this article, and you should be having a ticket Number (Which is nothing but a complaint registration Number) given to you. With this ticket number, you can approach the respective nodal officer from the list given below. We have given hereunder, the entire list of all the Nodal Officers of Airtel Digital TV across India.

Nodal officer functioning at Mumbai for DTH Mumbai doesn’t understand responsibilities of Nodal Officer and Grievance Escalation Procedure.
Chennai Nodal officer cannot be reached. If you mention you have a grievance to be addressed they just say we will connect you and they are actually disconnenting after a wait time of 20-30 minutues
I can’t say whether NODAL office is INEFFICIENT or their Call centre is. At leasty the call centre replies but the grievance or fault does not get rectified even after 48 hrs. But Nodal office puts you on hold and promptly disconnects you. Best service that you can imagine.
This is my first hand experience endured between 400 pm to 4.45 pm on 2nd June with Nodal Office, Karnataka Phone no 080 41704930
