		<description>my mobile no. is 9889103252, from couple of days i am unable to make any local landline call in jhansi (which is starts from 0510), so many time i complained to idea customer care on my mobile but i didn&#039;t get any positive response yet.

the problem is that whenever I call through my idea mobile; it speaks &quot;your call can not be completed due to congession in dialled network&quot; and cuts my balance for the period of that particular voice message, while the same time i can make the call on same nos. through my airtell mobile.</description>

		<description>Yes, the vodaphone services are deteorating, my daughter got a post paid connection, there is a threat that pl provide address proof( without that how the connection was provided),otherwise the services will be disconnected.She talked on phone and they promised that it would not be disconnected as she is using their services for the last ten years with same old address.
Finally it is disconnected today. She is abusing their services.
Pl donot cheat and harass the public.</description>

		<description>I am using another persons number and that person is not available in contact with me now and i paid all my postpaid dues and asked to get the number surrendered but they keep on sending bills to that particular number and not surrendering saying that the concerned person has to call and confirm. Dear SIR,
With reference to my request No. 11049948 dated 18-08-2011, I received phone call vie cell No. +91-9624015375 so called your engineer that he will attend my call only if I have to pay 100/- extra i.e. 300/- for shifting of dish within five feet radius but according to your customer care advise the charges are 200/- only and for per meter extra wire I have to pay 12/- extra.
Kindly go through my request and shift my dish as per your customer care rate, if my complaint not attended then I am force to file FIR in local/nearest police station followed by grievances in consumer court or if you are not able to provide services then take off all your equipments and return all of the money with interest, till I paid.
In addition I got message that my problem is resolved should I take the help of local police for investigation that problem not at all attended and phone no. given by you 8866556622 not in working condition.

I deeply regret to inform your goodself that due to some problem, I couldn’t deposit the monthly charges in time. I  regret to inform you that my telephone connection is stopped from the last one month and your executives are misguiding me.
If you are in a position to continue the service today, please do it, otherwise please disconnect my telephone and I am no more interested in airtel, even I shall be forced to stop my airtel mobile connection also.

		<description>I agree with you Salman, In my case iam using idea from last 8 years the service of Idea very poor in the sense of customer satisfaction &amp; same thing is happning with me.... 

I just want to get this to your notice that on 28th of july 2011, I spoke to one Customer Care Executive (from B.W.CREDITS,B-313 OKHLA-1,2ND FLOOR,NEW DELHI)regarding a new connection of Idea and after confirming they send me a collection guy For money of 2 new number.
He came and collected for activation &amp; commited to me that we will activate ur new numbers next day due to closing. After 2 i call on that person -B.W.CREDITS for activation then a girl was picking my call &amp; tell me that i don&#039;t recive ur docs, From then I have been struggling for the activation of my new numbers.

I have had lots of call to the executives and everytime they tell me that my number will be activated in a day or two but till now nothing has happened.

I just warn 2 idea that my numbers to be activated soon or else I will screw you on the court of law. It is being high time and great disappointment of services provided by Idea.If your initial services is so fake then what can I expect about future.
You wanna play for Rs 250. I can go to any extreme.

I remind you again to activate my services As soon as possible.</description>

Please let me know, how this will be solved.It is also requested to take necessary action against the defaulter.</description>
