I am a customer of Airtel Digital TV, i am getting unsatisfactory response from your guys. The issue is that i shifted the area in the same city and i want an technician to reinstall the device, but from last 3 days they are everytime providing me the time but at that time they didnt respond, if they respond they everytime confirming the placeand address and I told them the address 10 times even though they didnt provide and technician till this date. I had taken a leave for a day for this work but they didnt come and when i called to customer care they told me that Technician are busy. I am totally disappointed with this service. Please respond to this mail and take some action. Please send the guy today onwards because i am doing a job and i cant take any more leaves for this.
