I am using another persons number and that person is not available in contact with me now and i paid all my postpaid dues and asked to get the number surrendered but they keep on sending bills to that particular number and not surrendering saying that the concerned person has to call and confirm. It doesn’t make any sense they asking to speak a person who is not available now. Worst service and process by aitel.
